why is intake of more fat than carbohydrates in diet not advisable?

This is mainly because the fat has the high energy protein or we can say carbohydrate, it also houses the power of around 8 to 9 calories.


Special acids starts taking place as soon as we start eating more fat and as we know fat is a complex nutrient, the more fat is present in our body, the more of it will settle in the blood vessel and it won’t allow the blood to flow through the required path equally and result can be pathetic as much as dyeing.
