Why is isomerism not shown by compounds having less than 4 carbon stoms?

Isomerism is a phenomenon of same molecular formula and different structures.
so less than 4 C atoms containing compunds cannot be arranged in different forms...
e.g. let's see propene 3C compound whether u number it from left or right name will be same as prop-1-ene ...i.e. structure will remain same.
where as for 4 c compound like Butene can form different structures such as But-1-ene or But-2-ene
