It is advisable to use pressure cooker at higher altitude for cooking food because at high altitudes the atmosphere pressure is low. this causes to cook food at lower temperature and also saves energy. It is advisable to 'use pressure cooker' at 'higher altitudes' for cooking food so that the food can cook faster.
