Yes. It is terribly wrong to read somebody's mail even though that mail is abt you. It's yes exactly you have encroached his privacy and you should be definitely guilty about it. It's good that you have realised ur mistake and u regret doing that. But make sure that next time you don't do that again as you have done this once you may ve tempted to do again and don't escalate this issue. Make sure that person doesn't know you have read his mail. This well create an awkward situation between you guys. Just let this go . whatever happened is happened..
