it is believed that political parties need to face and overcome the dynasty succession to remain effective instruments of democracy because having dynastic succession does not allow effective internal democracy of a party. these parties are part of a democratic government and it is necessary for then to effectively function without disruptive incidents. Also through such succession,a party might get a weak leader who might not be able to hold it together thus forming factions which affect the party and allies of that party.
