why is it dangerous to jump out the moving vehicle how can the danger be minimised

The force in moving vehicle is going forward and our force is in 0 if we jump means we may fall down to prevent it after jumping we need to run some meters better we can came out safely after the vehicle stops!!

The man jumping out from a movingbus possesses the inertia of motion. As the man lands on the gorund, feet come to rest immediately while the upper part of body continue to movedue to inertia of motion and hence the person may fall forward.
