Jesus came to earth as a human being. Back then there was al least three religious celebrations mandatory for Israelites to attend of course there was large groups of people gather for the celebration. It is obvious that people had a good time after the rites of the celebration at the end of the day, just try to imagin how those days went by.
There was short guy, tax collector, named Zaccheus. Seems like lots of people use to gather when people heard the news of Jesus coming to town. One day there was a big bunch of people waiting for Jesus to come by, so much people that Zaccheus had to clime to a tree so he could see Jesus passing by, when Jesus saw him he calle him down and told him to hurry home to have everything ready because he would stay over. Imagen the scene, probably a lot of people laugh of the picture.
During the famous Cannan wedding where he made his first miracle, he probably got there early in the event. And probably had good time laughing with different groups of people.
Jesus lived a “normal” life among humans so YES it is very posible he smile and laugh.
