Why is it difficult to cook food at hill stations without pressure cook?

At hilly areas, boiling point becomes low & so water starts boiling there earlier before time. So the food is not yet cooked completely & water starts boiling.Hope it was helpful to u.

In hill stations atmospheric pressure is low. So water will boil below 100°c . Therefor cooking is difficult. In pressure cooker boiling point is greater than 100°c because of low pressure .
