why is it difficult to cook on hills than on plains

the atmospheric pressure decreases as we go higher. So, the air pressure is lower than at the plains. As the air pressure decreases, the boiling point of water decreases and it boils at temperatures below 100 degrees. When we cook food using water on a hill it doesn't get cooked properly.
