p=f/a and therefore they are inversely proprtional. if area is less pressure is more and vicee versa. A blunt blade has more area than a sharp blade so the pressure applied while cutting the cloth is less and more pressure is needed to cut it. that's why its hard to cut cloth from a blunt blade
