Immunization/vaccination is vain in front of some diseases

Those diseases immunization is really hard to do. This could be due to the abnormality of the cells at the time or the power of disease is more than our immune system. Though we vaccinate ourselves our immune system fails to produce specific antibodies for them which could have fought against the pathogens. Vaccine work because of the release of the weakened causative microorganism but for now maybe our immune system still couldn't figure out what specific antibody should they produce. Therefore, immunization fails at some cases.

Hope this helps
