When a disease is new, there is no vaccine until one is developed. It can take a number of years for a new vaccine to be developed.

Covid 19 is a virus...As u know , Viruses cannot be destroyed by medicines or pills...
There is no treatment for any virus..
But if a virus comes along with a disease ( like fever , headache , etc.) , u may try the medicines of the diseases...But it's not sure that the virus is destroyed
