Explanation:

Ground that is dry has more friction and there is no slippage or falling. As we walk and push the feet while walking the slipping is very common and is easily seen. While in wet mud out feet is pushed inside the mud.

Answer:

When a person walks through mud one can feel slipperiness due to less friction and it is hard for us to walk through any slippery surface  .

A person can slip as a muddy surface provides less friction to the surface of our foot or any footwear .
