Because density of sea water is much higher than swimming pool or river water due to high concentration of salts in it so you may flot easier than pool or river so we can swim easier

We can easily swim in seawater than a swimming pool or river water because of the following reason :

Sea water contains various dissolved minerals in it.

As a result of this the density of seawater is more than and that of the water of swimming pool or river.

Due to this high density sea water exerts more buoyant force on the swimmer as compared to the swimming pool or river water.

So it is easier to swim in the the sea water rather than a swimming pool or a river water.
