we know that pressure = force/area
which means the thing having less area exert more pressure whereas thing having more area exert less pressure
OR
in simple words pressure is inversely proportional to area or vice versa
As the pointed heels has less area they apply more pressure on sand make it difficult to walk
whereas flat soles has more area due to which it apply less pressure and make it easy to walk on sand
Hope it helps

Answer:A pointed end of a high heels sandal has a greater impact on the ground than a Flat heel sandal because high heels sandal has less surface area on contact with ground and exerts more pressure because pressure is inversely propostional to surface in contact
