Answer- An idol is a person who sets an example for others to imitate. We should have an idol as he/she is the one to guide us. He/She has an ability to overcome all the impediments and passion to inspire and power to motivate. He/She is a pillar of strength and success. So, for achieving success in a better way, you need a role model.

Having an idol is good because an idol is someone who inspired u and u r walking on his/her footsteps only. U already have an idea and a clear way to do ur work and how u have to do it is decided and is confirmed so u have not to face any of the prblms..
