Why is it important for, the government to protect the poor workers from the exploitation that is perpetuated by the private sector?

Protecting the exploitation of the workers in the private sectors by the government is really necessary as the companies under the private sector do not really look after their employees.

They are just focussed on their company's work. They just look if their wok is done properly or not but the employee's comfort is not looked after so the government should take certain steps for them.
