why is it important to bring in constitutional amendments from time to time ?​

To full fill and protect people we have to amend the constitution.

Recently, 104th Constitutional Amendment Act

(126th Constitutional Amendment Bill) was

enacted.

This Act was brought for two objectives:

o Extend reservation for Scheduled castes

(SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) to Lok

Sabha and legislative bodies.

o Not extending the provision of

nominating Anglo Indians to Lok Sabha

and legislative bodies.
