Minerals are non-renewable resources that are extremely important for the economy of a country. These resources are a country's priced gift and should be used wisely at all costs. Some of the ways in which we can conserve mineral resources are -

1. Their usage should be done in a planned manner keeping in mind the need of future generations.
2. We can use renewable resources such as solar energy and hydroelectricity instead of mineral resources where ever possible.
3. We can always recycle and reduce our resources.
