When we communicate with others about a child's learning, it is importantto convey the holistic nature of learning. ... Our judgements about children's learning now focus on children's interests and strengths. In the past, educators often focused on what children couldn't do, rather on what they could do or say or know.

because if we do so then children will get motivated and encouraged which will make them a confident person
we have to make them realise that everyone is unique
