It is very difficult for the average man on the street to become a change agent for the betterment of our society. Therefore, it is imperative that people form associations for bringing about positive changes in the society. Collective bargaining is always heard and respected more than a single person's protestations or suggestions.
It must be remembered that formation of associations has one other distinct advantage. It is able to rope in people from different professions, faiths etc.; in short, an association is an amalgam of people from a diverse background with an identical goal. This enables free exchange and enrichment of knowledge, which is of very vital importance in forming ideas or preparing proposals so that changes are brought about in our daily lives.
