it is very important to have written constitution to rule the country in proper way without any discrimination and arguments between the people of the society

think about it,if there is no written constitution and no laws then?
all courts would be shut down due to arguments over laws because no one have proof what rules were told during formation of constitution (not written).
since there is no written constitution then it is not reachable to all peoples.
all people will not be benefitted from this then what will be the value of democracy.
