Why is it misleading to say a person suffers from blood pressur?

Because everyone has blood pressure and without it no one can live.

Explanation:

We say it in short and in a clumsy way..that he or she has blood pressure..what we actually mean is that they are suffering from abnormal blood pressure (high/low)
