The relief of HP is not suitable for people who live in plains. For instance,if the govt in HP doesnt run schools, the children living there wouldnt be able to secure education. We know, there is some population living in HP.Every child until reaching the age of 14 has right to education.Private organisations and school investors will not try to invest in places such as HP,because of its high relief. Also,it will cost them a lot of money with little benefit/profit.So govt runs the schools there and should continue to do so.

Cheers!

The rich children can get the education in private sector schools. But the majority of Indian children are enrolled in the government schools. Education has also been made free for children from 6 to 14 years of age or up to VIII class under the R.T.E. Act 2009. So it was necessary for government to run schools in Himachal Pradesh.
