As our current living society is getting modernized, learning English literature is considered as a high class education. This has resulted in the downfall of many regional cultural practices and also the regional languages. Day by day people are leaning towards the western culture and tradition.

Learning English literature is also important because it helps us to communicate with the people around the globe, helps us to discover and learn the different types of people with different cultures all around the world. But, this modern education should not destroy our own culture which was followed, practiced and preserved by our ancestors from centuries. Modern education and treditional culture should go equally. If we lose the precious culture that we have then is is sure that we cannot bring it back once again.
