All cells of our body produce waste products. These waste products are toxic to the body and therefore need to be excreted out. This process of removing waste products produced in the cells of living organisms is called excretion.

Answer is to remove toxic materials.

Now let me explain,

All of our body cells create some waste materials during their energy production(ATP,NADPH).This waste materials are carried by the blood and filtered in the kidneys after the filtration of blood waste materials(like urea, chlorine, sodium, potassium, creatinine) and water (above 95%) are carried to urinary bladder by ureter.Urine is collected in the urinary bladder and after a certain time when it is fraught it stimulates our urethra and in response we excrete urine through it.

Hope it helped.
If yes show your gratitude.
Have a nice day.
