Hay mate here is your answer ✌❤☺
Due to the traffic laws, the pedestrians can comfortably cross the roadwithout the risk of a speeding vehicle coming from the other end. If there is a zebra crossing or any other possible event such as a rally, there roads must have signs that would inform the drivers to slow down their vehicle.
Hope it will help you ☺❤

At their simplest, traffic laws are to prevent drivers of vehicles from causing accidents or hitting pedestrians.
They’re also to help control the flow of traffic so that it is more efficient.
Not following the rules, like running “pink” or even red stop lights severely raise the risk of an accident which might include death.
My personal opinion is that if you ignore the laws and run a light, for example, and die, there’s no problem and nobody is hurt except your family and friends. Hurt or kill someone else, a whole different hell…
Ask yourself this the next time you break a traffic law or even think about breaking a law.
How much time did you save? Because thats the reason most laws are broken; people wanting to get somewhere faster.
I once did an analysis of my drive to work on a freeway. Doing 75 vs the posted 65 saved me four minutes. FOUR MINUTES.
Running a stop light might save you minute or two.
