It is necessary to have fresh and uncooked vegetables and fruits in our diets because if cook vegetables or fruits the nutrients are destroyed.

fresh and uncooked vegetables are healthy because before being a vegetable being cooked they r needed to b washed and due to this many nutrients r being washed so thats why fruits and veges both r needed to b eaten uncooked
