Why is it necessary to maintain a normal osmotic concentration of the body

may be because animals and humans body consists 70%water and if there will be any disturbances so it may be harmful for us because osmosis is the osmotic entry of some liquids and some nessary minerals required by us and our cells

It is bcoz for enterence and removal of minerals etc. From cell or in the cell we need osmotic concentration. When it disturb our body cells were not not able to take anything from its surrounding or was not able to remove anything which led to there death and hence we will die
