Why is it not advised to sleep under a tree during the night?

becoz the plants intake carbon dioxide and releases oxygen at morning
at night the treesor plants take oxygen and release carbon dioxide which if we intake it it may leads to death while sleeping under or near trees .so
it not advised to sleep under a tree during the night .

because in the absence of light they cannot do photosynthesis and hence releases CO2 and take in O2
