Why is it not possible to capture a plane mirror image on a screen?

The image formed by a plane mirror is virtual, because the image cannot be obtained on a screen when placed either in front of the mirror or behind it

It is not possible because the image formed on a palne mirror is a virtual one which means it cannot be obtained on a screen.
