as we know oxygen is consumed during respiration in plants so it cannot be demonstrate at daytime as plants carry respiration at night.

During this time oxygen is given out by plants as waste product and they take carbon dioxide to make food their own food. As we know oxygen is consumed during respiration in plants so it cannot be demonstrated at the daytime, as plants carry out respiration at night.
