For motion to occur, you need an equal and opposite reaction. Generally a car moves due to the reaction forces of the friction of the road on the friction of the tire, in opposite directions. In the Flintstone’s car above, Fred’s feet push on the ground, and it is the reaction force of his feet that make the car move.  When you push on the car from inside the car, the reaction force of your pushing, on say, the dashboard, is balanced out by your body moving backward, and eventually the seat behind you pushes against the dash to bring things to static equilibrium. The only chance of getting a car to move might be by rocking back and forth. If there is a differential friction, the car might move a bit forward or backward based on this difference in friction.  I hope u can understand this answer ☺️☺️☺️
