Why is it not possible to rotate our elbow like
we rotate our shoulders?​

Our shoulder consists of Ball and socket joint so it allows it to rotate. Whereas our elbow has hinge joints so it allows only movement in the back and forth direction so we are not able to rotate our elbows like we rotate our shoulders.
