Why is it only sulphide ores are concentrated by froth flotation process?

Froth floatation works by formation of froth which contains the ore, while the gangue remains in water. For this the oil (pine oil) used to make the froth should only have an affinity to the ore and not to the gangue. Sulphide ores have that property.

Which means the pine oil wets the Sulphide ore but not the gangue. So the froth is formed with sulphide ore while gangue is left behind.
