Why is it organ transplantation always done between very close relatives?

bcoz human body always reject and attack foreign particles. If a transplant occurs between close relatives , their cells would have some relatively similar sets of chromosomes. Due to this the immune cells would not act as strongly as they do in case of alien foreign cells.hence the intensity of immune system attacking the organ cells would be less and the organ will not be rejected.
