why is it said that,"a cell without a nucleus is without any future" ?

This is said because nucleus is the brain of the cell and this is only resposible for the working of the cell.And if cell does not have nucleus then it would not function...

It is said that a cell without a nucleus is without any future because nucleus of the cell controls all the functions of a cell .It determines the cell development and maturity by directing the chemical activities of the cell .It also plays an important role in cellular reproduction in which a cell divides to form new daughter cells.
