why is it said that a cell without nucleus is without any future

Nucleus plays a major role in controlling the functions of a cell. It helps in the formation of various cell organelles by the synthesis of cell. Nucleus is also known as the CONTROL CENTRE OF THE CELL. So a cell without nucleus is without any future.
