Why is it said that Muhammad-bin Tughluq's ideas were ahead of his times?

Answer:

Muhammad bin tughlaq was a unique person. All his plans and scheme were wise ,but he executed them without proper thought and reasoning. Due to this reason ,many of his experiments failed. That is why historians have called him a mixture of opposite.
