By this sentence it means that Taj Mahal was built with a lot of love and emotions in it. The designers had put in everything to make this marvellous piece.

But as it got completed in the age of jewellery independence that is why it is said that taj mahal was designed by giants and finished by the jewellers or the jewellery age.
