The rock cycle refers to the process of change that changes one form of the rock to the other.

Igneous rocks can either change into sedimentary rocks or metamorphic rocks.

Sedimentary rocks can either change into metamorphic rocks or ignerous rocks.

Metamorphic rocks can either change into igneous rocks or sedimentary rocks.

The fact that there is no single starting point neither is there an ending point, that is why it is said that rock cycle neither has a beginning or an end.
