Why is it that inome by it self is not completely adiclucate inidicator of material goods and services that citizens are able to use? give example?

this is bcoz that money in your pocket cannot buy all the goods and services that you need to live well. if the government of a countryis not interersted in creating more and more health facilities, educational facilities and other facilities, then income can also not provide the citizens with all these facilities. for the citizens to ensure these facilities, they have to move to a country where all these facilities are available
