Why is it that organisations are not always able to accomplish all their objectives?​

organisations are not always able to accomplish all their objectives due to following reasons:-

1) planning leads to rigidity in an organisation a well defined plan is drawn up with specific goals to be achieved, within specific time frame.

2) planning may not work in dynamic environment the business environment is dynamic, nothing is constant.

3) planning reduce creativity planning is generally done by the top management. usually the rest of the members just implement these plans.

Planning may not working dynamic environment the business environment is dynamic nothing is constant . and one one person have one one organisation and it is difficult to take the judgement which is best and which is wrong planning leads to Rigdity organisation .
