Why is it that the birds flying in the sky do not cast their shadows in the earth

the birds are smaller in size and the shadow formed by them is not appear some of because the shadow was disappeared by the day light or sunlight.

Birds flying in the sky do not cast their Shadow in the earth because they are in a certain height about the surface of the earth for example 30metres.So it does cast a shadow. The minimum distance to cast a shadow is not maintained by the height of birds when flying.
