why is it that we cannot see a a reflected image on a rough wall​

A mirror is a very shiny surface as it reflects most of the light that comes towards it. When reflected light enters our eyes the we see the image of an object from which it has come. Other surfaces are rough and absorb most of the light that comes to it and thus do not form any image

As the wall is made up of concrete and brick which is non transparent in nature thus the light cannot pass thought the wall so there is no image formed
