Why is its difficult to stop a truck suddenly than a motorbike

truck has more inertia than the motorbike ...
this led to truck ones get in speed remains in same momentum.take more time to stop..
whereas the motorbike has less inertia than truck ..get suddenly stop when friction is applied.
