Why is judiciary considered as an indispensable requirement in a democracy like India?

because as judiciary punishes the people who do not abide by the laws/criminals, it is indispensable.If judiciary is removed from a democratic country like india, it would cause havoc in the nation.People would not find it necessary to follow the law.

Acc to constitution we all ar secular... But it's not true... Due to many religions Some times civil war occur or some violent act occur soo as to avoid this and also bcoz of modifying constitution there is extremely need of judiciary
