Answer: Jute is cheaply grown in India and Bangladesh because there is a very favorable conditions for jute growing as jute requires high water level for its irrigation like a flood regions . Example West Bengal , regions of Bihar , etc.
The other reason behind this is that as we know India and Bangladesh has a high population and from which many peoples is under the poverty line so they are always ready for doing manual work ,coincidentally it is required for the production of jute and they are ready to work even at low wages.
So, in both India and Bangladesh the manual labour is in bulk , which makes the production cheaper .
