kinetic energy of electron is gained by the electrostatic force of attraction
and electrostatic force of attraction is inversely proportional to the square of the distance
as distance increases,the force which provide kinetic energy to the electron decreases then hence first orbit electron have high kinetic energy than other orbit electron .
