why is land a fixed capital

land is fixed capital because we can't shift it from one place to another . we use it very carefully bezoz if it once destroyed we can't reuse again .hope its help u & plz mark as brainlist

A fixed capital is those which are held in business to keep in for long duration about 20 yrs.... Land is kept in business for more than 20 years.. so, it is a fixed capital. .
